Client Agreement / Service Terms

Scope of Services

Boss Motto LLC provides digital services including but not limited to:

  • Website creation and management (e.g., via Squarespace)

  • Marketing plan creation and execution

  • Graphic design: business cards, flyers, logos, etc.

  • Social media content creation

  • Assisting with external marketing platform enrollments

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide timely feedback and necessary information

  • Pay all fees as outlined in subscription or service terms

  • Accept third-party platform terms if we are acting on your behalf

Service Changes

We reserve the right to change or update services. Any price changes will be communicated at least 60 days in advance.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Final payment obligations remain.

Client Portal Terms of Service

1. Portal Access

Clients are provided with access to a secure online Client Portal for communication, project management, and file exchange. Access is granted solely to the client or their authorized representatives.

2. Acceptable Use

By using the Client Portal, you agree not to:

  • Share your login credentials with others

  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringing

  • Use the portal to send spam or malicious content

  • Attempt to breach the portal’s security or access data not assigned to you

Violation of these terms may result in suspension of your account or service termination.

3. File Sharing & Ownership

Files uploaded by you remain your property. By submitting content, you grant us a license to view and use the materials solely for the purposes of fulfilling our service agreement with you.

Uploaded content must be original, licensed, or used with permission.

4. Communication

All service updates, change requests, and client deliverables should be submitted through the portal unless otherwise arranged. We aim to respond to requests within a reasonable timeframe, typically 1–3 business days.

5. Technical Support

Portal access and functionality are supported Monday–Friday during business hours. If you experience technical issues, please contact us at [support email].

6. Termination

Portal access is tied to your active service subscription. If your subscription ends or is terminated, portal access will also be revoked unless otherwise agreed upon.
