
Client Agreement / Service Terms
Scope of Services
Boss Motto LLC provides digital services including but not limited to:
Website creation and ongoing management (e.g., via Squarespace)
Google Business Profile setup, optimization, and ongoing updates
Review monitoring and response drafting (Google; Yelp included when applicable)
Basic marketing support such as business cards, flyers, logos, and other collateral
Social media content support (if agreed upon in writing)
Assistance with external marketing platform enrollments (e.g., call tracking, citation services)
Client Responsibilities
Provide timely feedback and necessary information to ensure service quality
Pay all fees as outlined in subscription or service terms
Accept and comply with third-party platform terms (when we act on your behalf)
Service Changes
Boss Motto LLC reserves the right to modify, add, or discontinue services.
Any pricing changes will be communicated at least 60 days in advance.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice.
Final payment obligations remain due for the current billing cycle.
Client Portal Terms of Service
1. Portal Access
Clients may be provided with access to a secure online Client Portal for communication, project management, and file exchange. Access is granted solely to the client or their authorized representatives.
2. Acceptable Use
By using the Client Portal, you agree not to:
Share login credentials with unauthorized parties
Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
Use the portal for spam, malware, or malicious activity
Attempt to breach security or access data not assigned to you
Violation of these terms may result in suspension of your account or service termination.
3. File Sharing & Ownership
Files you upload remain your property.
By submitting content, you grant Boss Motto LLC a license to use materials solely for fulfilling our service agreement.
Uploaded content must be original, licensed, or properly authorized.
4. Communication
Service updates, change requests, and deliverables should be submitted through the Client Portal unless otherwise arranged.
Boss Motto aims to respond to requests within a reasonable timeframe, typically 1–3 business days.
5. Technical Support
Portal access and functionality are supported Monday–Friday during business hours.

6. Termination of Access
Portal access is tied to your active subscription.
If your subscription ends or is terminated, access will be revoked unless otherwise agreed.
