3. Subscription & Payment

• All subscriptions are billed monthly.

• One-time setup fees are non-refundable.

• If a subscription is canceled, service continues until the end of the billing period.

• Price changes require 60 days’ prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including designs and materials created by Boss Motto LLC, remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

5. Client Portal

If a client portal is introduced, it will require secure login credentials and may include sensitive information related to services.

6. Liability

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from third-party platforms or services we help you connect to (e.g., Groupon, marketing agencies).
