Boss Motto – Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Boss Motto website, services, or subscription offerings, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all related policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Services Overview
Boss Motto provides subscription-based digital services, which may include website design, hosting, maintenance, optimization, and related business support services. Specific services, deliverables, and limitations vary by plan and are defined at the time of purchase or enrollment.
Boss Motto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service offering at its discretion, with reasonable notice where applicable.
3. Intellectual Property & Platform Control
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all websites, design assets, layouts, and related materials created or maintained under a Boss Motto subscription remain the exclusive property of Boss Motto.
Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the website during an active subscription. Backend access, source files, hosting credentials, and administrative control are not provided unless a formal website transfer or buyout is completed.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Payment
All subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions must remain active and in good standing to retain access to services.
Failure to process payment may result in service suspension or site unpublishing.
Setup fees and onboarding charges are non-refundable once services begin.
Boss Motto reserves the right to adjust pricing with at least sixty (60) days’ prior notice.
5. Cancellation & Service Termination
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time. Services will remain active through the end of the current billing period.
No refunds are issued for partial months.
Upon cancellation, websites may be unpublished at the conclusion of the billing cycle.
Boss Motto may retain a backup copy of the site for up to thirty (30) days following cancellation, after which data may be permanently deleted.

6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, branding materials, approvals, and timely communication necessary to deliver services effectively. Delays caused by missing materials or lack of response may impact timelines without liability to Boss Motto.
7. Third-Party Platforms & Services
Boss Motto may assist clients with integrations or connections to third-party platforms, tools, or providers. Boss Motto does not control and is not responsible for the performance, availability, security, or policies of any third-party service.
8. Privacy & Data Use
Boss Motto respects client privacy and does not sell or share personal information. Data submitted through client websites or platforms is owned by the client.

9. Client Portal Access
Boss Motto may provide access to a secure client portal for account management, files, communications, or service updates. Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boss Motto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services, including reliance on third-party platforms or service providers.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
