Boss Motto retains ownership and management of the website provided through our qualifying managed Concierge service.

After 24 consecutive months of qualifying service, eligible clients may request transfer of their completed client-specific website under the terms of their service agreement.

Your business name, domain, trademarks, original content, and client-provided materials remain yours.

Proprietary Boss Motto systems, third-party licenses, and separately developed applications are not included in the website transfer unless expressly agreed in writing.

Most routine requests are typically completed within 1–3 business days.

Larger or more complex requests may require 3–5 business days or longer, depending on the scope and required approvals.

Concierge Plus clients receive priority support. Time-sensitive business information is prioritized whenever reasonably possible.

Both plans can add Facebook and Instagram management for an additional monthly fee. The main difference between the plans is the frequency and level of ongoing digital management.

Yes. Our optional $159/month Social Media Add-On provides Facebook and Instagram content creation, caption writing, scheduling, and ongoing promotional posting.

Posting frequency adjusts to your regular business needs, including events, specials, announcements, and seasonal promotions. Supporting Stories may be included when appropriate.

Extensive video production, paid advertising, direct-message management, comment moderation, specialized campaigns, and unusually high-volume requests are not included in the standard add-on.

Larger campaigns and additional services may be quoted separately.

Boss Motto can assist with additional projects such as custom business applications, membership systems, POS coordination, advanced website functionality, graphic design, printing, and other digital business needs.

Third-party subscriptions, software licenses, printing costs, vendor fees, and other outside expenses are billed separately when applicable.
