Yes. Monthly plans can be canceled at any time and service will continue through the end of the current paid billing period.

Annual plans are paid in advance at a discounted rate and remain active through the annual service period.

That is completely fine. Boss Motto primarily builds and manages websites through Squarespace.

We will review your current website and recommend whether it can be managed as-is, improved, or rebuilt within the Boss Motto managed system. Any migration, redesign, or major rebuild is discussed and quoted before work begins.

Standard Concierge requests are generally completed within 3–5 business days. Concierge Plus requests receive priority placement and are generally completed within 2–3 business days.

Turnaround time may vary based on the size of the request, required client information, and third-party platform access. Urgent business information such as unexpected closings or hour changes is prioritized whenever reasonably possible.

Instead of treating each platform as a separate project, Boss Motto helps keep your business information, reputation, and promotional activity working together over time.

Full Facebook and Instagram account management is not included in the Concierge plans.

Boss Motto creates branded promotional graphics that clients can download and post on Facebook, Instagram, or other social platforms. This keeps the plans focused on website management, Google visibility, online reputation, and professional marketing content.

Yes. Short-form video editing is available as an optional add-on. You provide the raw phone footage, photos, and logo, and Boss Motto can edit them into polished content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business Profile, or your website.

Filming, on-site production, advanced animation, and large video projects are not included and may require a separate quote or production partner.

Additional work is always discussed before any extra charge is added. Major website redesigns, new systems, POS or membership setup, advanced integrations, extensive e-commerce work, printing, video editing, paid advertising, and other larger projects are quoted separately.

An occasional additional request does not automatically require a permanent plan upgrade. Boss Motto will recommend the most practical option based on your needs.

If you are not satisfied during your first 30 days, contact Boss Motto to cancel and request a refund in accordance with the Client Agreement.

Separately purchased products, third-party expenses, completed custom project work, domain charges, printing, and other nonrefundable costs may not be covered.
