What’s included in the $139/mo Concierge Plan?
Your Concierge Plan includes a custom, fully managed business website (hosting, security, mobile optimization, and unlimited updates within scope), Google Business Profile setup or optimization with ongoing lite management, Local Boost™ for basic local visibility and accuracy, Review Shield™ monitoring so new Google reviews are flagged for you, a simple monthly insight & action summary in your portal, and ongoing digital concierge support for website and Google-related needs.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Boss Motto is month-to-month — no long-term contracts or hidden fees. If you ever cancel and want to take your website with you, see the “If I cancel, do I own my website?” question below for how Website Buyout & Transfer works and current pricing.
Do you rebuild existing sites?
Yes. We can rebuild or migrate your current site into the Boss Motto system, refresh the design, and keep your domain live so there’s no disruption for your customers.
Website & Ownership
If I cancel, do I own my website?
Your website is built and managed inside the Boss Motto system. While you’re an active subscriber, we handle the platform account, hosting, security, and ongoing updates under our agency infrastructure so you don’t have to manage any of the tech.
If you ever decide to cancel and would like to keep the website, we offer a one-time Website Buyout & Transfer option. Standard Concierge websites can be transferred for a one-time $600 buyout fee, and advanced/custom builds start at $800 depending on complexity.
What is Website Buyout & Transfer?
Website Buyout & Transfer is an optional service for clients who are leaving the Concierge Plan but want to keep the existing site we built. As part of the buyout, we:
– Prepare your site for transfer
– Move it into a new platform account owned by you or your business
– Provide basic guidance on how to log in and manage it on your own
For most clients on a standard Concierge website (typically up to ~8 pages without advanced integrations), the Website Buyout & Transfer fee is a one-time $600. For more advanced builds — such as ecommerce, booking systems, donor setups, or heavily customized layouts — Website Buyout & Transfer starts at $800, with final pricing based on the size and complexity of your site.
After the transfer is complete, you’ll pay the platform directly for hosting, and Boss Motto is no longer responsible for site updates, monitoring, or support unless you re-enroll in a service plan or add-on.
Can I keep my domain name if I leave?
Yes. Your domain (business web address) can stay in your name. If Boss Motto registered the domain on your behalf, we can assist with pointing it to your new site or transferring it to your preferred registrar so there’s no disruption for your customers.
Local Boost™ & Review Shield™
How does Local Boost™ help my business?
Local Boost™ focuses on the basics that move the needle: we set up or refine your Google Business Profile, keep your categories, hours, holidays, and core details accurate, and make sure your website and Google information (name, address, phone, and key details) stay aligned so customers can find and trust you.
How does Review Shield™ work?
Review Shield™ monitors your Google reviews so nothing slips through the cracks. We keep an eye on new reviews, notify you when they come in, and highlight anything that needs special attention. You can reply in your own voice, or add on our review reply service if you’d like Boss Motto to draft and handle responses for you.

If you’re not satisfied within your first 30 days, cancel for a full refund — no questions asked.
Do you offer any ongoing guarantees?
Our goal is to operate like a digital office manager you can rely on. That means keeping your site live and current, your key business details accurate on Google, and your account actively monitored. If we ever drop the ball on a core inclusion, we’ll fix it as a priority and make it right with extra support where appropriate.
Support & Add-Ons
How do I request updates?
You can text, email, or use your Concierge Hub to request changes. Most standard updates are completed within 1–2 business days, and we’ll let you know if something is larger and needs extra time or planning.
What add-ons are available?
Common add-ons include review reply service, promo campaigns & Google posts, call tracking, logo & brand kit, social content support, trademark assistance, and LLC/EIN formation support. You’ll see available add-ons and pricing inside your Boss Motto Hub™ as your needs grow.
