Your Plan

What’s included in the $139/mo Concierge Plan?

Your Concierge Plan includes a professionally built and managed Squarespace website (hosting, security, mobile optimization, and updates within scope), plus Local Boost™ (Google) for Google Business Profile setup/optimization and ongoing management for accuracy and visibility.

Your plan also includes Boss Blueprint™ — our review & visibility system: 2 promotional graphics per month (Google + social-ready), 2 Google Business Profile posts per month using those graphics, review monitoring, and review-response support (template or handled when appropriate).

We keep the plan focused and scalable. Detailed reporting/insights are available upon request. Additional services can be added through Boss Motto Marketplace™.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Boss Motto is month-to-month — no long-term contracts or hidden fees. If you ever cancel and want to keep your website, see the “Website & Ownership” section below.

What website platform do you use?

Boss Motto websites are built and managed on Squarespace. This allows faster updates, fewer technical issues, and consistent support across all Concierge clients.

What if I already have a website?

No problem. We can rebuild or migrate your current site into the Boss Motto Squarespace system, refresh the design, and keep your domain live so there’s no disruption for your customers.

How fast do you handle updates?

Most standard updates are completed within 1–2 business days. If something is larger (new pages, major layout changes, complex integrations), we’ll confirm scope and next steps before starting.

Boss Blueprint™

What is Boss Blueprint™?

Boss Blueprint™ is our structured review + visibility system designed to keep your business consistently active on Google and strengthen local trust over time.

What does Boss Blueprint™ include each month?

Boss Blueprint™ includes:

2 promotional graphics per month (Google + social-ready)
2 Google Business Profile posts per month using those graphics
Review monitoring so new activity doesn’t get missed
• Review-response support (template or handled when appropriate)

Do you guarantee rankings or specific results?

We don’t promise specific positions. We focus on controllable visibility signals: accurate profile setup, consistent Google activity, and review velocity support. Results vary by competition, category, and seasonality.

Do you provide monthly reports?

Not as a default deliverable. This keeps the plan efficient and scalable. If you want a snapshot or deeper reporting, we can provide it upon request or as an add-on depending on your needs.

Do the included promotional items roll over month-to-month?

No. Included monthly items do not roll over. If you have a time-sensitive campaign or need extra promos in a given month, we can add additional support through Boss Motto Marketplace™.

Local Boost™ (Google Business Profile)

What is Local Boost™?

Local Boost™ focuses on managing and maintaining your Google Business Profile so customers can easily find, trust, and contact your business.

We keep your hours, categories, services, and core business information accurate and aligned with your website.

Do you post photos, videos, or announcements to my Google profile?

Yes — we post to your Google Business Profile as part of keeping activity consistent. Your monthly Boss Blueprint™ posts use the promotional graphics we create.

If you want extra posting beyond what’s included, we can add it as an optional add-on.

Is review monitoring included?

Yes. Review monitoring is included. We watch for new reviews so activity doesn’t get missed.

If you’d like consistent brand-voice replies or managed review responses, we can provide templates or handle responses when appropriate.

How do I submit content or promo ideas?

You can text, email, or submit content inside your Concierge Hub. A simple message like “We have a special this weekend” is enough — we’ll format it into a polished promo for Google (and provide a social-ready version too).

Website & Ownership

If I cancel, do I own my website?

Your website is built and managed inside the Boss Motto system under our agency infrastructure. While you’re an active subscriber, we manage the platform account, hosting, security, and ongoing updates so you don’t have to deal with the technical side.

If you decide to cancel and would like to keep (own) the website, a one-time Website Buy-Out & Transfer option is available. Buy-Out pricing starts at $2,500, with final pricing based on the size, features, and complexity of your site.

What is Website Buy-Out & Transfer?

Website Buy-Out & Transfer is an optional, one-time service for clients leaving a Boss Motto plan who want full ownership of the website we built.

As part of Buy-Out & Transfer, we:
– Prepare your site for transfer
– Move it into a platform account owned by you or your business
– Remove Boss Motto’s agency-managed infrastructure
– Provide basic guidance on how to access and manage the site independently

After transfer, you’ll pay the platform directly for hosting. Boss Motto is no longer responsible for updates, monitoring, or support unless you re-enroll in a service plan or purchase an add-on.

Is Buy-Out required if I cancel?

No. Buy-Out is optional. Clients who cancel without purchasing Website Buy-Out & Transfer will not retain the website, as it remains part of Boss Motto’s managed infrastructure.

What is Maintenance Status and how is it different from Concierge?

Maintenance Status ($79.99/month) is a limited plan designed to keep an existing website online, secure, and technically functional. It’s best for businesses that don’t need ongoing growth support or proactive updates.

Eligibility & Minimum Term:
– Maintenance Status is only available after a site has been built and launched under the Concierge Plan (or under a separate one-time build agreement).
– Clients must complete a minimum of 3 months on the Concierge Plan before switching to Maintenance Status.
– Maintenance Status is not available as a starting plan or build plan.

Maintenance Status includes:
– Hosting and uptime monitoring
– Security checks and backups
– Fixes for broken links, forms, or display issues
– Occasional minor text or image replacements (client-provided)

Maintenance Status does not include:
– Google Business Profile management
– Boss Blueprint™ monthly promos/posts
– Marketing strategy or proactive optimization

Requests outside the Maintenance scope may require a one-time service fee or upgrading back to the Concierge Plan. Websites under Maintenance Status remain part of Boss Motto’s managed infrastructure. Full ownership requires Website Buy-Out & Transfer.

Can I keep my domain name if I leave?

Yes. Your domain (business web address) can stay in your name. If Boss Motto registered the domain on your behalf, we can assist with pointing it to your new site or transferring it to your preferred registrar so there’s no disruption for your customers.

Billing & Guarantees

What’s the 30-Day Happiness Guarantee?

If you’re not satisfied within your first 30 days, cancel for a full refund — no questions asked.

Do you offer any ongoing guarantees?

Our goal is to operate like a digital office manager you can rely on. That means keeping your site live and current, your key business details accurate on Google, and your account actively supported. If we ever drop the ball on a core inclusion, we’ll fix it as a priority and make it right with extra support where appropriate.

Support & Add-Ons

How do I request updates?

You can text, email, or use your Concierge Hub to request changes. Most standard updates are completed within 1–2 business days, and we’ll let you know if something is larger and needs extra planning.

What counts as a standard website update vs. a larger request?

Standard updates usually include text changes, swapping photos, updating hours, adding a new section to an existing page, or small layout adjustments.

Larger requests may include new pages built from scratch, multi-page redesigns, custom functionality, complex forms, new store setups, or major layout rebuilds. If a request is larger, we’ll confirm scope and next steps before starting.

Do you manage my social media inbox (DMs) or reply to messages for me?

Not by default. Boss Motto focuses on managing your website, Google visibility, and Boss Blueprint™ posting support. Social inbox management (responding to DMs/comments on your behalf) is not included because it requires real-time, ongoing customer service.

If you want inbox support, we can discuss an optional add-on based on your volume and response needs.

Is the $139/month plan the same for every business?

Yes — the Concierge Plan is standardized so every client receives the same core deliverables: a managed Squarespace website, Local Boost™ (Google Business Profile management), Boss Blueprint™ (2 promos + 2 Google posts monthly), review monitoring, and concierge support.

If you need more than what’s included (extra posting, video editing, large design projects, special campaigns, or advanced integrations), we’ll recommend the best add-on option so scope stays clear and service stays consistent.

How does the Boss Motto Marketplace work?

Boss Motto Marketplace™ is where optional add-ons and one-time services are available when you need extra support. Most clients simply request what they need by text or email, and we provide a direct link if an add-on is required.

What add-ons are available?

Common add-ons include additional Google Business Profile posts, additional promotional designs, short-form video editing, review response support, promo campaigns, logo & brand kit, trademark assistance, and LLC/EIN formation support. Available options may expand over time as your needs grow.
