Boss Motto Concierge is designed for businesses that want one dependable digital partner managing the core pieces of their online presence.

When a new website or qualifying rebuild is needed, your Concierge relationship can include a professionally built and managed business website along with ongoing website care.

Concierge also includes:

• Routine website updates and ongoing website management
• Google Business Profile monitoring and management
• 2 Google Business Profile posts per month
• Professional responses to normal monthly Google review volume
• 2 promotional graphics per month
• One reasonable revision per included promotional graphic
• Quarterly Digital Visibility Reviews
• Phone, email, and text support

Concierge is intended for businesses with a normal level of recurring digital updates rather than frequent ongoing changes throughout each week.

Boss Motto Concierge Plus — $249/month is designed for businesses whose digital presence requires more frequent attention throughout the month.

This may include businesses that regularly change menus, events, schedules, products, programs, promotions, services, or website content.

Concierge Plus includes the core Concierge services plus:

• More frequent website and content management
• 4 Google Business Profile posts per month
• 4 promotional graphics per month
• Light e-commerce listing maintenance when applicable
• More active promotional-content coordination
• Priority support across ongoing requests

Concierge works well when your business needs dependable ongoing management but your website, promotions, products, events, and business information do not require constant changes.

Concierge Plus is better when your business has a consistently higher level of digital activity and requires more frequent updates throughout the month.

A complex request does not automatically mean you need Concierge Plus. The difference between the plans is primarily the frequency and ongoing level of management your business requires.

Yes. Boss Motto recurring plans do not require a long-term service commitment unless a separate written agreement specifically states otherwise.

Monthly service can be canceled before the next renewal. Service generally remains active through the end of the current paid billing period.

Annual plans are prepaid at a discounted rate and remain active through the applicable annual service period.

Website ownership and transfer rights are handled separately according to Boss Motto’s managed website policy.

Most general requests and routine updates are typically completed within 1–3 business days.

More complex requests, larger website changes, and design requests typically require 3–5 business days and may take longer depending on the size and complexity of the work.

Concierge Plus clients receive priority support across their ongoing requests.

These are typical service targets rather than guaranteed deadlines. Timing may also depend on client approvals, required information, third-party platforms, vendors, or circumstances outside Boss Motto’s control.

Urgent business information such as unexpected closings, important hour changes, or other time-sensitive corrections is prioritized whenever reasonably possible.

Yes. When a new website or rebuild is needed, Boss Motto can create a professional, mobile-friendly website for your business and continue managing it as part of your qualifying Concierge service.

The goal is not simply to hand you a completed website and leave you responsible for maintaining it.

Boss Motto continues managing updates, promotions, photos, business information, functionality, and ongoing website needs as your business changes.

Boss Motto uses a standardized website system for the sites we manage so we can provide consistent quality, support, updates, and ongoing care.

If your existing website is already built on Squarespace, we can review whether it makes sense to keep and improve the existing site.

If your website is built on another platform, Boss Motto will typically recommend rebuilding it within our managed website system rather than taking over long-term management of the existing platform.

Boss Motto currently standardizes its managed business websites primarily on Squarespace.

Standardizing the websites we manage allows Boss Motto to provide more consistent support, faster updates, reliable processes, and better long-term management for our clients.

Other platforms may be used or supported only when Boss Motto determines that a specialized business need requires a different solution.

They can be.

Boss Motto is designed to be a flexible digital partner. New pages, website redesigns, advanced functionality, integrations, and other digital improvements may be handled within your Concierge relationship when reasonably appropriate.

Larger or more complex work may simply require additional turnaround time rather than automatically creating an additional charge.

If your website begins requiring a consistently higher level of ongoing maintenance and updates, Boss Motto may recommend moving from Concierge to Concierge Plus.

Any required third-party software, licenses, platform upgrades, premium services, or vendor expenses remain the client’s responsibility.

Boss Motto helps keep your Google Business Profile accurate, active, and professionally maintained.

Depending on your plan and business needs, this may include:

• Business information updates
• Business-hour updates
• Service and category updates
• Photo updates
• Google Business Profile posts
• Review monitoring
• Professional customer-review responses
• Assistance with verification or profile issues when needed

Concierge includes 2 Google Business Profile posts per month.

Concierge Plus includes 4 Google Business Profile posts per month.

Posts may be coordinated with the promotional graphics created for your business during the applicable service period.

Yes. Professional responses to a normal monthly review volume are included when Boss Motto has the appropriate account access and authorization.

Responses are written to reflect the business appropriately and may be adjusted when a review involves a sensitive customer-service, legal, safety, or operational issue.

Boss Motto can assist with reporting reviews that appear to violate Google’s policies, but Google determines whether a review is removed.

Boss Motto cannot guarantee that a review, suspension, restriction, or other Google action will be removed or reversed.

No. Boss Motto does not guarantee specific Google rankings, first-page placement, traffic, leads, sales, customer volume, revenue, or other business results.

We focus on the parts of your digital presence that we can reasonably manage, including website quality, accurate business information, Google activity, customer reviews, and promotional content.

Promotional graphics can be created for common business needs such as:

• Specials
• Events
• Announcements
• Programs
• Seasonal promotions
• Limited-time offers
• Business updates

Concierge includes 2 promotional graphics per month. Concierge Plus includes 4 promotional graphics per month.

Each included promotional graphic includes one reasonable revision.

A reasonable revision means adjusting the original design rather than creating an entirely new concept or replacing the original promotion with a different project.

Yes. When reasonably practical, Boss Motto may prepare appropriate versions of one approved design for common digital uses without treating each size as an entirely new promotional concept.

No. Included monthly graphics and Google posts do not roll over, accumulate, or convert into account credits.

Your monthly payment provides access to Boss Motto’s ongoing management and service capacity during that billing period.

No. Boss Motto does not provide full social-media management.

We do not provide:

• Social-media posting calendars
• Daily social posting
• Direct-message management
• Comment monitoring
• Community management
• Social customer-service management

Boss Motto can create branded promotional graphics that you can use on Facebook, Instagram, your website, Google Business Profile, and other appropriate digital channels.

No. Paid advertising management is not currently a Boss Motto service.

This includes ongoing management of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, or similar paid-media campaigns.

No. Boss Motto does not currently provide photography, filming, professional videography, or short-form video editing.

If visual production is needed for a project, the client may work with an outside photographer, videographer, or other provider and supply the finished materials to Boss Motto for appropriate use within our digital services.

When a website is provided under Boss Motto’s managed website model, the Boss Motto-built website remains Boss Motto property during the first 24 consecutive months of active qualifying Concierge service.

During that time, Boss Motto manages the website as part of the overall Concierge relationship.

Your monthly Concierge payment is for the complete managed service. It is not an installment payment toward purchasing the website.

After completing 24 consecutive months of active qualifying Concierge service, an eligible client may request ownership of the completed client-specific website as a loyalty benefit.

The account must be in good standing and any outstanding amounts must be paid before a transfer is completed.

Third-party subscriptions, premium software, platform charges, licensed materials, or other continuing expenses are not automatically included in the ownership transfer.

Canceling before completing 24 consecutive months does not automatically transfer ownership of the Boss Motto-built website.

Once the applicable paid service period ends, Boss Motto may suspend or unpublish the Boss Motto-owned managed website.

You may request an Early Website Transfer. When an early transfer is available, Boss Motto will provide a separate quote based on the website’s scope, age, complexity, development work, transfer requirements, and applicable third-party costs.

You are never required to purchase an early transfer simply because you canceled Concierge service.

Your Client-specific domain is your business asset.

Boss Motto may purchase, register, renew, configure, or technically manage the domain on your behalf while your service is active, but managing the domain does not make the underlying business domain Boss Motto property.

Boss Motto may manage DNS records, renewals, website connections, and other technical settings as part of your service.

Yes. If Boss Motto manages the domain on your behalf, we will reasonably cooperate with transferring control of the domain to you after cancellation, provided the account is in good standing and legitimate domain-related amounts have been paid.

You may need to establish an account with the applicable domain registrar and complete any required verification or transfer process.

Registrar fees, renewal charges, privacy services, transfer charges, or other third-party expenses are your responsibility.

The domain and website are separate assets. Transferring your domain does not automatically transfer ownership of a Boss Motto-owned website.

You retain ownership of original materials you provide to Boss Motto, including your:

• Business name
• Logo
• Trademarks
• Original photographs
• Original videos
• Menus
• Product information
• Written materials
• Other Client-owned content

Boss Motto retains ownership of its reusable templates, systems, processes, methods, internal tools, reusable code, workflows, and other proprietary materials.

Yes. Boss Motto may offer traditional one-time website projects for businesses that prefer to purchase a website independently rather than receive one through the managed Concierge model.

The project scope, pricing, ownership terms, platform expenses, revisions, and ongoing maintenance options are established separately.

Clients can request support through approved Boss Motto channels, including text, email, phone, or the Boss Motto client portal when applicable.

Simple requests do not need to be complicated. If your hours changed, you have an upcoming promotion, or something on your website needs attention, send Boss Motto the information and we will coordinate the appropriate next step.

Boss Motto will discuss any separately billable work with you before an additional charge is added.

New business systems, POS or membership setup, advanced integrations, large e-commerce projects, printing, and other substantial standalone projects may be quoted separately.

Website changes such as new pages, redesigns, advanced functionality, or other larger digital improvements may still be handled within your Concierge relationship when appropriate, but more complex work may require additional turnaround time.

An occasional additional project does not automatically require a permanent plan upgrade.

If your ongoing needs consistently become more active, Boss Motto may recommend Concierge Plus so your service level better matches the amount of recurring support your business requires.

Third-party and outside expenses are the client’s responsibility unless Boss Motto specifically agrees otherwise in writing.

These expenses may include:

• Software subscriptions
• Premium platform features
• Domain or registrar charges
• Licensing fees
• Printing
• Shipping
• Hardware
• Government filing fees
• Trademark filing fees
• Outside professional or vendor costs

Boss Motto will discuss known third-party costs with you before intentionally committing you to a separately billable expense.

Yes. Boss Motto may provide separate project assistance for digital business systems such as:

• POS systems
• Membership programs
• Online ordering
• QR-code systems
• Scheduling platforms
• Payment systems
• Customer-management tools
• Third-party integrations

Initial setup, migration, implementation, or major reconfiguration of these systems may be separately quoted depending on the project.

Boss Motto may also provide separately quoted Business Launch & Growth Support.

This may include assistance and coordination for:

• LLC formation and business filing assistance
• Trademark filing assistance and coordination
• Logo design
• Advanced website functionality
• Larger digital-content projects
• Other approved digital-business projects

Boss Motto provides administrative, technical, creative, and digital support. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or other regulated professional advice.

Yes. Boss Motto may provide separately priced printing and physical promotional materials, including items such as flyers, menus, business cards, promotional displays, event materials, and other approved business pieces.

Printing, specialty materials, holders, hardware, shipping, postage, and other physical-product expenses are not included in monthly Concierge pricing unless specifically stated.

Boss Motto recurring service payments are generally non-refundable once the applicable billing period has begun, except where required by law or specifically approved by Boss Motto.

Boss Motto does not ordinarily provide refunds for unused requests, unused monthly deliverables, partial months, client delays, or a client’s decision to close, pause, or change direction with their business.

Yes. Recurring Boss Motto plans renew according to the billing frequency selected by the client until canceled.

Monthly clients are billed monthly. Clients who select an annual prepaid option are billed according to the applicable annual offer.

If a payment becomes past due, Boss Motto may pause work or suspend services until the account is brought current.

This may include temporarily stopping website updates, Google management, promotional work, and other Concierge services.

A Boss Motto-owned managed website may also be suspended or unpublished if an account remains unpaid.
