Your Concierge Plan includes a custom, fully managed business website (hosting, security, mobile optimization, and updates within scope), Google Business Profile setup or optimization with ongoing lite management, Local Boost™ for basic local visibility and accuracy, a simple monthly insight & action summary in your portal, ongoing digital concierge support for website and Google-related needs, and one Growth Channel of your choice (Review Shield™, YouTube Ads oversight, or Social Posting lite).

If you want more than one Growth Channel, you can add additional channels through Boss Motto Marketplace™.

Yes. Boss Motto is month-to-month — no long-term contracts or hidden fees. If you ever cancel and want to keep your website, see the “Website & Ownership” section below.

No problem. We can rebuild or migrate your current site into the Boss Motto system, refresh the design, and keep your domain live so there’s no disruption for your customers.

Most standard updates are completed within 1–2 business days. If something is larger (new pages, major layout changes, complex integrations), we’ll confirm scope and timeline before starting.

A Growth Channel is one focused marketing activity included with your Concierge Plan to help increase visibility and traction. Each client selects one channel to be managed as part of the plan. You can switch channels later if your priorities change, or add more channels as optional add-ons.

Yes. You can switch your included Growth Channel once per billing cycle. If you want more than one channel at the same time, additional channels can be added through Boss Motto Marketplace™.

Your website is built and managed inside the Boss Motto system under our agency infrastructure. While you’re an active subscriber, we manage the platform account, hosting, security, and ongoing updates so you don’t have to deal with the technical side.

If you decide to cancel and would like to keep (own) the website, a one-time Website Buy-Out & Transfer option is available. Buy-Out pricing starts at $2,500, with final pricing based on the size, features, and complexity of your site.

Website Buy-Out & Transfer is an optional, one-time service for clients leaving a Boss Motto plan who want full ownership of the website we built.

As part of Buy-Out & Transfer, we:
– Prepare your site for transfer
– Move it into a platform account owned by you or your business
– Remove Boss Motto’s agency-managed infrastructure
– Provide basic guidance on how to access and manage the site independently

After the transfer is complete, you’ll pay the platform directly for hosting. Boss Motto is no longer responsible for site updates, monitoring, or support unless you re-enroll in a service plan or purchase an add-on.

No. Buy-Out is optional. Clients who cancel without purchasing Website Buy-Out & Transfer will not retain the website, as it remains part of Boss Motto’s managed infrastructure.

Maintenance Status ($49.99/month) is a limited, non-strategic plan designed to keep an existing website online, secure, and technically functional. It’s best for businesses that don’t need ongoing optimization, growth support, or proactive updates.

Eligibility & Minimum Term:
– Maintenance Status is only available after a site has been built and launched under the Concierge Plan (or under a separate one-time build agreement).
– Clients must complete a minimum of 3 months on the Concierge Growth Plan before switching to Maintenance Status.
– Maintenance Status is not available as a starting plan or build plan.

Maintenance Status includes:
– Hosting and uptime monitoring
– Security checks and backups
– Fixes for broken links, forms, or display issues
– Occasional minor text or image replacements (client-provided)

Maintenance Status does not include:
– SEO strategy, tracking, or optimization
– Google Business Profile management
– Monthly reporting/insights
– Redesigns or layout changes
– Marketing, conversion optimization, or proactive strategy

Requests outside the Maintenance scope may require a one-time service fee or upgrading back to the Concierge Growth Plan. Websites under Maintenance Status remain part of Boss Motto’s managed infrastructure. Full ownership requires Website Buy-Out & Transfer.

Yes. Your domain (business web address) can stay in your name. If Boss Motto registered the domain on your behalf, we can assist with pointing it to your new site or transferring it to your preferred registrar so there’s no disruption for your customers.

Review Shield™ is one of the Growth Channel options in your plan. It helps ensure new Google reviews don’t slip through the cracks. We monitor for new reviews, notify you when they come in, and highlight anything that needs special attention. You can reply in your own voice, or add on our review reply service if you’d like Boss Motto to draft and handle responses for you.

YouTube Ads are managed through Google Ads and can be selected as your included Growth Channel. You provide the video content, and Boss Motto handles campaign setup, local targeting, monitoring, and reporting.

Ad spend is paid directly to Google and is separate from your Boss Motto subscription. Many new businesses start with around $5/day (~$150/month), and scale later to $10–$20/day (~$300–$600/month) for more consistent reach. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

Social Posting (Lite) is a Growth Channel option that keeps your business active and visible with a consistent monthly posting cadence. It’s designed for steady presence—not daily posting. Post frequency and content style are defined during onboarding based on your goals.

Yes. Your plan includes one Growth Channel. If you want multiple channels (for example, Review Shield + Social Posting), you can add additional channels through Boss Motto Marketplace™ as optional add-ons.

Local Boost™ focuses on the basics that move the needle: we set up or refine your Google Business Profile, keep your categories, hours, holidays, and core details accurate, and make sure your website and Google information (name, address, phone, and key details) stay aligned so customers can find and trust you.

If you’re not satisfied within your first 30 days, cancel for a full refund — no questions asked.

Our goal is to operate like a digital office manager you can rely on. That means keeping your site live and current, your key business details accurate on Google, and your account actively monitored. If we ever drop the ball on a core inclusion, we’ll fix it as a priority and make it right with extra support where appropriate.

You can text, email, or use your Concierge Hub to request changes. Most standard updates are completed within 1–2 business days, and we’ll let you know if something is larger and needs extra time or planning.

Common add-ons include additional Growth Channels, review reply service, promo campaigns & Google posts, call tracking, logo & brand kit, social content support, trademark assistance, and LLC/EIN formation support.
