Refund and Cancellation Policy

Boss Motto LLC – Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: January 15, 2025

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions and services provided by Boss Motto LLC (“Boss Motto,” “we,” “us”) and is incorporated into our Terms of Service and Client Agreement.

1. 30-Day Happiness Guarantee (New Clients Only)

New clients enrolling in their first Boss Motto subscription may cancel within the first thirty (30) days of service for a full refund of subscription fees paid.

Conditions:

  • Applies only to the initial subscription with Boss Motto

  • Does not apply to returning clients, reinstated accounts, or additional services

  • Does not apply to one-time services, setup fees, or third-party costs

  • Does not apply to advertising spend or third-party platform charges (including Google Ads / YouTube Ads)

To request a refund under this guarantee, the Client must notify Boss Motto in writing within the 30-day period.

2. No Ongoing Refunds After 30 Days

After the initial 30-day period:

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed

  • No refunds are issued for partial months or unused time

  • Annual or prepaid plans are non-refundable after the first 30 days

3. One-Time Services & Setup Fees

All one-time services and setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Website setup, redesign, or migration

  • Branding, logos, and custom design work

  • Trademark coordination or filing services

  • Business formation or compliance filings

  • Marketing graphics, flyers, or print-ready materials

If a third-party submission, filing, or registration has been initiated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Growth Channels, Advertising & Third-Party Spend

  • Any advertising budgets (including Google Ads / YouTube Ads) are paid directly by the Client to the advertising platform

  • Advertising spend is non-refundable, regardless of campaign performance, approval status, impressions, clicks, or results

  • Boss Motto does not control third-party advertising billing, refunds, or credits

  • Cancellation of a Boss Motto subscription does not entitle the Client to refunds of advertising or third-party platform charges

5. Subscription Cancellations

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time.

  • Service remains active through the end of the current billing cycle

  • No future payments will be processed after cancellation

  • Cancellation does not entitle the Client to a refund for the current billing period

  • Included Growth Channel services end at the close of the billing cycle unless covered by a separate add-on

6. Non-Payment & Service Suspension

If payment fails or an account becomes past due:

  • Services may be paused or suspended

  • Websites may be unpublished or access restricted

  • Growth Channel services may be stopped

  • Outstanding balances remain due

Boss Motto is not responsible for losses resulting from suspension due to non-payment.

7. Termination by Boss Motto

Boss Motto reserves the right to terminate services for:

  • Violation of the Terms of Service or Client Agreement

  • Abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful behavior

  • Repeated payment failures

In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

8. Website Access After Cancellation

Upon cancellation:

  • Websites may be unpublished at the end of the billing cycle

  • Boss Motto may retain a backup copy for up to thirty (30) days

  • After thirty (30) days, files and data may be permanently deleted

Website ownership and transfer rights are governed by the Website Ownership & Buyout Policy.

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients agree to contact Boss Motto directly to resolve billing issues before initiating a chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate service termination

  • Permanent account suspension

  • Forfeiture of access to services, files, or deliverables

10. Policy Updates

Boss Motto may update this policy at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
