Monthly plans can be canceled before the next renewal and service generally continues through the end of the current paid billing period. Annual plans are prepaid at a discounted rate and remain active through the applicable annual service period.

Yes. When a new website or rebuild is needed, Boss Motto can create a professional, mobile-friendly website for your business and continue managing it as part of your qualifying Concierge service.

Instead of handing you a website and leaving you to maintain it, Boss Motto continues handling updates, promotions, photos, business information, functionality, and ongoing website care.

Boss Motto uses a standardized website system for the sites we manage so we can provide consistent quality, support, updates, and ongoing care.

If your current website is already built on Squarespace, we can review whether it makes sense to keep and improve the existing site.

If your website is built on another platform, we will typically recommend rebuilding it within the Boss Motto managed website system rather than taking over ongoing management of the existing platform.

Under Boss Motto’s managed website model, a qualifying Boss Motto-built website remains Boss Motto property during the first 24 consecutive months of active qualifying Concierge service.

After 24 consecutive months, an eligible client may request ownership of the completed client-specific website as a loyalty benefit. Monthly Concierge payments are for the full managed service and are not installment payments toward the purchase of the website.

Your domain, business name, trademarks, original content, and client-provided assets remain yours. Early website transfer may also be available before 24 months and, when available, is quoted separately.

Most general requests and routine updates are typically completed within 1–3 business days.

More complex requests, larger website changes, and design requests typically require 3–5 business days and may take longer depending on the scope of the work.

Concierge Plus clients receive priority support across their ongoing requests.

These are typical service targets rather than guaranteed deadlines. Timing may also be affected by client approvals, missing information, third-party platforms, vendors, or other factors outside Boss Motto’s control.

Urgent business information such as unexpected closings, important hour changes, or other time-sensitive corrections is prioritized whenever reasonably possible.

Boss Motto Concierge is designed for businesses that want one dependable partner managing the core pieces of their digital presence without frequent ongoing changes throughout the week.

Concierge Plus is designed for more active businesses that regularly change menus, events, schedules, promotions, products, programs, services, or website content throughout the month.

Concierge Plus includes 4 Google posts per month, 4 promotional graphics per month, light e-commerce listing maintenance, more frequent website and content management, and priority support.

A complex request does not automatically require Concierge Plus. The plan difference is primarily based on the frequency and ongoing level of management your business requires.

Boss Motto does not provide full social-media management, posting calendars, direct-message management, comment monitoring, community management, or paid advertising.

We do create branded promotional graphics that you can use across Facebook, Instagram, your website, Google Business Profile, and other appropriate digital channels.

This keeps Boss Motto focused on the areas we manage best: your website, Google presence, customer reviews, promotional content, and ongoing digital-business support.

Boss Motto will discuss any separately billable work with you before an additional charge is added.

New business systems, POS or membership setup, advanced integrations, large e-commerce projects, printing, and other substantial projects may be quoted separately.

Website changes such as new pages, redesigns, advanced functionality, or other larger digital improvements may still be handled within your Concierge relationship when appropriate, but more complex work may require additional turnaround time.

An occasional additional project does not automatically require a permanent plan upgrade. If your ongoing needs consistently become more active, Boss Motto may recommend Concierge Plus instead.

Any required third-party software, platform fees, licenses, printing costs, filing fees, vendor charges, or other outside expenses are the client’s responsibility.
