Boss Motto Trademark Filing Service Agreement

This Trademark Filing Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Boss Motto (“Service Provider”) and the purchasing client (“Client”).

1. Scope of Service

Boss Motto will manage the preparation and submission of a U.S. trademark application on Client’s behalf, including:

• Intake review and class identification

• Application preparation and submission to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)

• Attorney review of the trademark application

• Filing for one (1) trademark class, unless additional classes are purchased

• Status monitoring and basic updates related to the filing

Boss Motto acts as a facilitator and project manager and is not a law firm.

2. Fees

• $999 covers trademark filing for one (1) class

• Each additional class selected by Client is $350

• All fees are non-refundable once the filing process has begun

USPTO or government fees are included only as specified above.

3. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate business information and descriptions of goods/services

• Confirm selected trademark classes before filing

• Respond promptly to information requests

Boss Motto is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.

4. No Guarantee of Registration

Client acknowledges that trademark approval is determined solely by the USPTO.
Boss Motto does not guarantee trademark approval or registration.

5. Legal Disclaimer

Boss Motto does not provide legal advice.
Trademark applications are reviewed by a licensed attorney prior to filing.
Any substantive legal decisions are made by the reviewing attorney and the USPTO.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of trademark filings, all sales are final once the filing process has started.

7. Acceptance

By completing purchase, Client agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
